ROSCOE

Roscoe is approx. 8-month-old un-neutered male, extremely thin and malnourished. Owners just didn't want to / couldn't afford to feed him. They obviously just threw him outside and did not bother with him at all. He had two large fluid-filled sacs on his elbows, one is completely healed and one looks a lot better, but has a long way to go. His skin and hair are horrible. He is gaining weight slowly, but seems happy and healthy despite his appearance. He needs manners!!!!! But he is learning. He is good with all people, but may be too hyper for small children unless he goes to an experienced dog owner. However, Roscoe is very sweet, and wants to please everyone. He plays well with all of our dogs (males and females) and with our cat too. We are working on house training and he is doing much better there. He has never had an accident in his crate and does well in there at night and is easy to put in his crate. His tail is happy and has now split open . We have it taped up. We should be able to be neutered by the end of Aug. Heartworm neg. Very sweet boy.
